Our Mission

We’ve been saving and changing the lives of survivors of domestic violence and their families since 1976. We want you and other world changers to join us in this incredibly rewarding work.

We believe that everyone deserves to be safe in their homes. With us, survivors not only find safety, they choose their new path forward, and we join them in that journey of healing and hope.

Social change is critical to our work, and we actively work within systems to make the world what we all deserve it to be – violence-free. We tell our story to anyone who will hear it, so we can save more lives and hopefully, one day, there won’t be a need for places like Hubbard House.

In the meantime, we’re here, working hard for survivors. Our teammates care deeply about making an impact and, daily, they do.
